I implement functional strength training exercises with manual tissue work and advanced stretching techniques. This enables me to address any dysfunctional movement patterns or mis-alignments and correct them, helping the client move and feel better, decrease pain, increase joint range of motion/flexibility, which in turn promotes balance to the body. I also implement a battery of cardiovascular exercises to increase the clients cardio-respiratory conditioning and fitness.
